Great customer service! I came in at the last minute looking for a bouquet with specific flowers, and they were able to make exactly what I was looking for. The arrangement was beautiful, and the service was exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and made the whole experience so easy. Highly recommend.

was disappointed with these roses. They appear to have undergone some type of preservation process that makes them look and feel unnatural. The natural scent is gone and replaced with perfume, and the petals have a rubbery texture that I wasn’t expecting. I wish the seller had been more transparent about any preservation treatments used, because they do not resemble fresh flowers at all. Worst of all, my girlfriend, who received them for Mother’s Day, noticed immediately 😏

The flowers arrived in a completely unacceptable condition—wilted, lifeless, and clearly not fresh. This is far below any reasonable standard for a product that is advertised and sold as a fresh floral arrangement. The water was brown Quite frankly, receiving dead flowers is unacceptable under any circumstance. This was not a minor quality issue—it was a complete failure to deliver the product as promised. It is both frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the cost and the purpose of the order. Additionally, when I called the store the manager pretended she didn’t know what I was talking about and was unhelpful. This was an awful experience.
